REFUND POLICY

Fall 2025 - We understand that plans can change. Refunds or partial refunds are available based on the date of your request. Please read the policy carefully:

 

Important Notes:

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather, injuries, or other events beyond our control.

  • While we do our best to schedule and reschedule games and practices, we cannot guarantee all events will take place.

 

Refund Schedule:

  • Full $80 refund: Until July 7 at 11:59 PM

  • $65 refund: July 8 – July 13 at 11:59 PM

  • $50 refund: July 14 – July 28 at 11:59 PM

  • $35 refund: July 29 – August 6 at 11:59 PM

  • $20 refund: August 7 – August 18 at 11:59 PM

  • No refunds starting August 19 at 12:00 AM

 

To Request a Refund:

  1. Email registrar@sailorsoccerclub.com

  2. Use subject line: "Refund Request – [Player's Name]"

  3. In the email, include:

    • Player’s full name

    • Date of birth

  4. The email must come from the person who registered the player

  5. Requests must be received by the deadlines listed above

 

Please Note:

  • Credit card fees, late fees, and donations are non-refundable

  • Refunds will be processed between August 21–31

  • Donations made to Sailor Soccer Club are non-refundable
