REFUND POLICY
Spring 2026 - We understand that plans can change. Refunds or partial refunds are available based on the date of your request. Please read the policy carefully:
Important Notes:

No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather, injuries, or other events beyond our control.

While we do our best to schedule and reschedule games and practices, we cannot guarantee all events will take place.
Refund Schedule:

Full $80 refund: Until Feb 8 at 11:59 PM

$65 refund: Feb 9 – Feb 15 at 11:59 PM
-
$50 refund: Feb 16 – Feb 22 at 11:59 PM
-
$35 refund: Feb 23 – March 4 at 11:59 PM
-
$20 refund: March 5 – March 15 at 11:59 PM

No refunds starting March 16 at 12:00 AM

To Request a Refund:

Use subject line: "Refund Request – [Player's Name]"

In the email, include:

Player’s full name
-
Date of birth
-

The email must come from the person who registered the player

Requests must be received by the deadlines listed above
Please Note:

Credit card fees, late fees, and donations are non-refundable

Refunds will be processed by April 1

Donations made to Sailor Soccer Club are non-refundable
